Architect – Multi‑Project Design & Construction

About the role

We are looking for an Architect to lead design and construction activities across multiple projects, ranging from general buildings to life‑science and high‑technology facilities. The role involves planning, designing, coordinating and documenting site plans while ensuring compliance with Exyte standards and relevant regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop concept, basic, detailed and construction designs for assigned projects.
• Prepare work packages, tender documentation and specifications.
• Coordinate designs with Exyte standards, local authority codes, client URS and industry best practices (GMP, GLP, LEED).
• Lead project meetings, presentations, site walks and design reviews with clients, contractors and authorities.
• Inspect construction sites to verify safety, quality, schedule and design compliance.
• Manage design changes, change orders and proactively resolve coordination issues.
• Promote safety awareness and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Experience in design and construction of general building, life‑science (GMP) and optionally high‑technology or modular projects.
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin, both written and spoken.
• Strong time‑management and ability to work independently or within a team.
• Hands‑on sketching ability for rapid concept communication.
