Aircraft Deconstruction Technician (CAAC Part-66 TA licence required)

About the role
We are looking for an Aircraft Deconstruction Technician to join our team in Chengdu. The role involves dismantling aircraft, performing greening and cutting operations, and preparing components for recycling while complying with CAAC regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Remove components according to Airworthiness Documents and CAAC circular AC-145-FS-2019-017.
- Schedule and oversee routine cutting and greening work orders.
- Strip the cockpit, cabin and cargo holds down to the green shell.
- Sort waste materials (cables, foam, cabin items) at source to maximize recovery.
- Cut the airframe into small parts for treatment, transport and recycling.
- Report progress to the dismantling leader and perform other tasks assigned by management.
Required profile
- Aeronautical vocational diploma or equivalent degree in mechanical, automation or aircraft maintenance.
- Fresh graduate (junior college or Bachelor) willing to undergo a one‑year mentorship program.
- Basic reading and writing skills in English.
- Commitment to strict safety guidelines and compliance with CAAC regulations.
Required skills
- CAAC Part‑66 TA licence (mandatory).
- Thorough knowledge of aircraft parts, systems and related tools.
- Ability to read and follow technical manuals and inspection documents.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite for record‑keeping.
- Detail‑oriented mechanical aptitude and ability to work under pressure.
