职位概况
负责端侧AI SOC芯片的整体架构设计，参与产品路线图制定，直接影响核心技术决策。
主要职责
- 制定芯片规格、性能目标并进行技术可行性评估。
- 规划AI计算架构及NPU子系统，推动算法与硬件协同优化。
- 进行SoC性能建模、系统仿真与风险评估，提出优化方案。
- 与数字设计、验证、DFT、物理设计及软件团队协作，推动方案实现。
- 负责关键IP选型、技术评估及生态资源整合，支持重点客户导入。
任职要求
- 电子工程、微电子或计算机工程等相关专业本科及以上，10年以上SoC开发经验。
- 主导或深度参与至少一款已量产的Edge AI SoC，承担核心架构职责。
- 熟悉CPU、NPU、DSP、ISP、Memory Subsystem、NoC及高速接口等模块。
- 具备系统级性能分析、PPA权衡与优化能力，了解AI推理工作负载。
- 具备芯片全流程经验及跨团队沟通协作能力。
