职位概况
我们正在寻找一名经验丰富的高级数据工程师，加入工厂数字化转型与AI团队，负责企业级数据平台、分析解决方案及AI就绪数据基础的建设与扩展，支撑制造运营、质量提升和供应链可视化。
主要职责
- 设计、构建并维护可扩展的企业级数据平台，支持制造分析和AI工作负载。
- 开发批处理和流处理数据管道，整合多源数据。
- 建设数据采集、处理、转换和服务层，提供可靠的ETL/ELT流程。
- 推动数据质量、治理、血缘追踪和可观测性建设。
- 与AI工程师、数据科学家合作，开发RAG、语义搜索和大语言模型集成方案。
任职要求
- 计算机科学或相关专业本科及以上，5年以上数据工程或大数据平台开发经验。
- 熟悉企业级数据平台及生产数据管道的设计与建设。
- 具备制造业系统、MES或工业物联网项目经验者优先。
必备技能
- Apache Spark、Apache Flink、Hive、Kafka、Airflow、Trino/Presto、Apache Iceberg。
- 熟练使用Python、SQL及其性能优化。
- 熟悉关系型数据库、NoSQL及数据湖技术（SQL Server、PostgreSQL、MySQL、MongoDB）。
- 具备Microsoft Azure、AWS或Google Cloud Platform任一云平台经验。
- 了解Git、CI/CD、Docker、Kubernetes。
