Advanced Electronics Engineer

About the role

As an Advanced Electronics Engineer you will develop products, systems and solutions following the V‑model, applying engineering knowledge and established development methodologies. You will support electronic and electrical design activities throughout the product development lifecycle, collaborating closely with software engineers and other disciplines.

Key responsibilities

• Develop electronic circuit designs that meet system requirements, including MCU, power, sensing, motor‑drive, connectivity and protection circuits.
• Perform schematic development, simulation, design verification, debugging and hardware verification testing.
• Support PCB layout, prototype build, testing, integration and production issue resolution.
• Execute verification plans, document design verification results and maintain accurate BOMs and engineering records.
• Collaborate with suppliers and cross‑functional project teams to drive quality, reliability and cost improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electronic/Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or 3+ years with a Master’s degree.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities, with good English and Chinese communication skills.

Required skills

• Analogue and digital circuit design.
• Microprocessor, microcontroller and embedded system experience.
• PCB design and debugging.
• Hardware verification and laboratory testing.
• Basic understanding of EMC/EMI design considerations.
• Familiarity with product development processes and engineering documentation.
