About the role

Bosch is looking for an ADAS Product Cost Management Expert to lead RPP projects in Suzhou. You will be responsible for driving cost‑target achievement, design‑to‑cost, and PPC goals across the full project lifecycle, from concept to implementation.

Key responsibilities

• Own overall project results against defined targets for technique, development costs, product costs, schedule, and quality.
• Lead idea generation, feasibility studies, and business‑case calculations for RPP initiatives.
• Establish and maintain clear project organization, communication, and reporting structures.
• Define manufacturing requirements, freeze specifications, and review changes.
• Track and update sample definitions, project plans, cost control, change requests, risk, and quality management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science, electronic information engineering, automation, AI, vehicle engineering or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years of project‑management experience in the automotive industry.
• Familiarity with automotive infotainment and ADAS systems, market trends, and hardware components.
• Strong communication, cross‑department coordination, and resilience under pressure.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English.
