About the role
Join Johnson & Johnson's MedTech sales team in Shanghai to help establish and implement cost‑effective, results‑based accounting programs and innovative initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Support projects, programs, and processes for the Accounting area.
- Identify opportunities to integrate methods based on trend analysis and competitive landscape.
- Implement accounting practices and documentation procedures in line with GAAP and governance policies.
- Prepare routine reports and data for internal and external audits and ad‑hoc requests.
Required profile
- Understands and applies Johnson & Johnson’s Credo and Leadership Imperatives.
- Coaches junior colleagues in techniques, processes and responsibilities.
