About the role

This position is the local finance representative for OU512 in Shanghai, acting as the single point of contact for tax bureaus, banks, auditors and internal stakeholders. You will ensure accurate, timely and compliant financial operations across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare monthly journal entries, accruals, reclassifications and reconcile balance sheet and profit & loss.
• Coordinate accounts payable processing and payment execution with MSSC.
• Maintain financial records in Oracle Fusion under US GAAP and PRC GAAP.
• File monthly and quarterly VAT, CIT, IIT and stamp‑duty declarations and manage tax bureau online accounts.
• Handle IIT annual reconciliation, RSU tax treatment and tax refund applications.
• Serve as primary on‑site contact for statutory and tax audits, preparing schedules and supporting documentation.
• Represent OU512 finance with tax bureaus, banks, auditors and government agencies.
• Provide on‑site finance support for Shanghai employees, including reimbursements and tax inquiries.
• Coordinate multi‑city branch tax filings and execute ad‑hoc finance projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 5+ years of accounting/finance experience in a multinational or foreign‑invested enterprise in China.
• Strong knowledge of PRC VAT, CIT, IIT and stamp duty with hands‑on filing experience.
• Fluent Mandarin and proficient English (written and verbal).
• Experience supporting statutory and/or tax audits.

Required skills

• Oracle Fusion ERP (preferred).
• Advanced Excel proficiency.
