Accountant – Full-Cycle Accounting & Month-End Close

About the role

The Accountant will manage end‑to‑end accounting processes for two legal entities, ensuring accurate daily postings, month‑end, quarter‑end and year‑end closings, and compliance with tax regulations. This role supports both operational finance and group consolidation activities.

Key responsibilities

• Perform daily ERP postings for accounts receivable, accounts payable, staff expenses and cross‑border intercompany transactions.
• Maintain and archive original supporting documents such as invoices, contracts and payment vouchers according to company retention policies.
• Execute regular ledger, bank, fixed‑asset and inventory reconciliations, clearing aged items promptly.
• Lead full set month‑end, quarter‑end and year‑end closing for dual entities, allocating tasks and monitoring group deadlines.
• Prepare local statutory financial statements, group consolidation schedules and resolve accounting discrepancies.
• Manage VAT invoice issuance, verification, tax filing documentation and FTZ export VAT refund applications.
• Support internal and external audits by organizing vouchers, evidence and providing required source data.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance or Accounting.
• Proficient reading and writing in English; oral English is a plus.
• Strong communication, attentive, diligent and results‑oriented team player.
• Ability to work independently under pressure and quickly learn new processes.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel.
• Experience with ERP and reporting systems.
