Account Manager – Partner Relations (Shanghai)

About the role

The Account Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for Axis Communications' valued partners in Shanghai, supporting their current and future needs while driving long‑term business success.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the main liaison for partners, addressing ongoing requirements and inquiries.
• Develop new accounts and nurture existing relationships to ensure sustained growth.
• Qualify leads and build a robust pipeline for the wider sales team.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls with a professional, customer‑focused approach.
• Prepare monthly distribution reports, analyse trends, and identify new market opportunities.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on targeted campaigns, channel activities, and trade‑show participation.
• Invite and engage partners in Axis Communications Academy for channel enablement.
• Manage the regional demo pool and communicate pricing updates internally.
• Continuously seek efficiency improvements and optimal solutions for partners.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in channel recruitment and development.
• Basic technical knowledge with a strong willingness to learn.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to work effectively with internal and external teams.
• Proficient in multitask management and problem‑solving.
• Sales‑driven mindset.
