Account Manager

About the role

As an Account Manager you will be responsible for growing Edwards' business within designated accounts, primarily in the semiconductor sector. You will work on‑site in Shanghai, collaborating closely with the sales team and leveraging the full organization to deliver value to customers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and increase business in specific accounts.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
• Collaborate with other sales colleagues to manage accounts effectively.
• Participate in sales forecasting and budget monitoring.
• Identify new business opportunities and report on competitive activities.
• Promote Edwards' products, including new semiconductor solutions.
• Utilise company resources to enhance customer perception and create value.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin.
• Several years of proven sales experience, preferably in the semiconductor industry.
• Strong commercial and technical competence to earn customer respect.
• High motivation, customer‑centric mindset and ability to work under pressure.
• Knowledge of OEM process equipment and related vacuum, exhaust‑gas and chemical technologies.
• Experience delivering product presentations and post‑sale support.
