Account Manager

About the role

The Account Manager will work within HAVI’s Packaging Team for the APMEA region, providing analytical and operational support across all packaging product categories. Acting as the single point of contact, the role ensures uninterrupted supply of packaging solutions that meet global and local quality, brand, and regulatory standards for Hong Kong and China markets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain in‑depth knowledge of Hong Kong packaging requirements and align HAVI’s services to maximise customer value.
• Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders such as supply chain, operations, marketing, agencies and licensees.
• Lead cross‑functional teams to meet client sustainability goals and improve competitive advantage.
• Manage packaging‑related promotion campaigns, coordinating timelines, graphics, sampling validation and supply assurance.
• Ensure data accuracy and keep internal and external parties informed of project status.
• Prepare and lead quarterly Business Review meetings with customer stakeholders.
• Conduct SPE evaluations with supply‑chain leaders to achieve high satisfaction scores (SQI).
• Provide market feedback on strategies, promotional calendars, trading issues and economic or political impacts.
