Account Manager

About the role

The Account Manager will act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, driving the delivery of high‑quality projects across domestic and international markets. This role requires rapid response to client needs, strategic thinking, and the ability to translate business objectives into actionable plans.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee domestic and international teams, coordinating internal and external resources to ensure timely project delivery.
• Execute client requests accurately and swiftly, maintaining high service standards.
• Translate client requirements into comprehensive strategies and execution plans.
• Monitor global market trends and regional differences to refine strategies and boost brand presence.
• Provide proactive recommendations based on deep understanding of client business, industry trends, and market dynamics.
• Facilitate cross‑market and cross‑cultural collaboration to improve teamwork efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
• 4–5 years of experience in advertising, with a proven record handling global or go‑global clients.
• Strong grasp of communications logic and ability to deliver strategic and creative solutions.
• Excellent strategic thinking, capable of generating insights and turning them into actionable plans.
• Fluent in both Chinese and English (written and spoken), able to produce professional content for global teams.
• Outstanding project management and communication skills, thriving in a fast‑paced, multitasking environment.
