Account Manager – Global Client Liaison

About the role

We are looking for an Account Manager who will act as the primary liaison between our clients and internal teams, both domestically and internationally. The role requires translating client needs into actionable plans and ensuring seamless project delivery across multiple markets.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, coordinating domestic and overseas teams.
• Translate client requirements into detailed project plans and oversee execution from strategy to delivery.
• Monitor global market trends and regional differences to refine strategies and strengthen brand presence.
• Provide proactive recommendations based on industry insights and client business understanding.
• Facilitate cross‑market and cross‑cultural collaboration to improve teamwork efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 4–5 years of experience in advertising or global communications projects.
• Strong grasp of communications logic and ability to deliver strategic and creative solutions.
• Excellent project‑management and communication abilities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Bilingual fluency in Chinese and English (written and spoken).
