Account Manager – Business Development (China)

About the role

Snap Inc is seeking an Account Manager to join its China team and help grow advertising revenue across Snap’s portfolio of visual messaging and digital services. You will work closely with cross‑functional partners and external advertisers to tailor Snap’s products to each client’s unique goals.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a product advocate for Snap’s new and existing advertising solutions, advising on best practices, campaign optimisations, and beta participation.
• Analyse campaign performance data, guide KPI‑driven measurement strategies, identify trends, and recommend upsell opportunities.
• Provide day‑to‑day operational support, including ad‑rejection escalations, audience segment building, ad trafficking, and post‑campaign reporting.
• Collaborate with Snap’s management to develop programs that streamline sales operations, increase advertiser awareness, and elevate expertise on Snap’s platform.
• Identify, escalate, and resolve client or partner issues by coordinating with internal teams.
• Manage internal processes such as Creative Service Agreements, campaign exceptions, ad design requests, and coupon generation while communicating policies clearly.
• Maintain accurate CRM data in Salesforce.com.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 3+ years of experience in digital media, performance or brand marketing, ad‑tech, programmatic real‑time bidding, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong attention to detail.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin.

Required skills

• Proficiency with data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and Python.
• Strong Google Sheets and Slides abilities.
• Experience using Salesforce.com for CRM management.
