Account Manager – Business Development (China)

About the role

Snap Inc is seeking an Account Manager to join its Business Development team in China. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams and external partners to grow advertising revenue on Snap’s platforms, tailoring solutions to client needs and ensuring smooth campaign execution.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a product advocate for Snap’s advertising solutions, advising on best practices and participating in product beta programs.
• Analyze campaign performance data, develop KPI‑driven measurement strategies, identify trends, and recommend optimizations and upsell opportunities.
• Provide day‑to‑day operational support, including ad rejection escalations, audience segment building, ad trafficking, and post‑campaign reporting.
• Collaborate with Snap’s management to create programs that streamline sales operations and enhance advertiser expertise.
• Identify, escalate, and resolve client or partner issues with cross‑functional teams.
• Manage internal processes such as Creative Service Agreements, campaign exceptions, ad design requests, and coupon generation.
• Maintain accurate CRM data in Salesforce.com.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 3+ years of experience in digital media, performance or brand marketing, ad‑tech, or programmatic marketplaces.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong attention to detail.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Slides.
• Data analysis using SQL and Python.
• Experience with Salesforce.com CRM.
