Account Director – China

About the role

Sensor Tower’s digital intelligence platform delivers market, advertising and competitor insights across mobile, web and gaming. As the Account Director for China, you will own the full customer journey, building strategic relationships, driving revenue through upsells and ensuring renewals.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the Chinese business and grow Net Revenue Retention by overseeing renewals and upsell opportunities.
• Conduct C‑level discussions to shape customer use cases and strategic adoption of the platform.
• Design, lead and deliver Quarterly Business Reviews for each client.
• Provide competitive insights and market trends tailored to each client’s business.
• Collaborate with global product, engineering and technical teams to influence product enhancements for the China market.
• Track industry developments and translate them into actionable business impact.
• Communicate product roadmap details, manage expectations on feature requests and releases.
• Identify and act on product penetration, renewal and upsell opportunities within the existing portfolio.

Required profile

• Fluent in Mandarin and English.
• Proven experience in SaaS sales roles such as BDR, SDR, AE or Account Manager.
• Ability to turn data into a compelling commercial narrative.
• Strong knowledge of mobile gaming, entertainment, financial services or security ecosystems is a plus.
• Self‑starting attitude with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Detail‑oriented and able to interpret industry trends for day‑to‑day business decisions.
• Comfortable working in small, fast‑paced teams and taking ownership of results.
