职位概况
礼来2027校园项目面向2027年应届毕业生，提供为期不少于3个月的医药推广实习机会，帮助学生在真实业务场景中学习专业知识并积累实战经验。
主要职责
- 学习并掌握礼来公司及医药行业相关信息、基础产品和合规知识、学术推广技巧等。
- 在地区经理和带教导师的指导下，与区域客户进行有效沟通，提供学术推广解决方案。
- 协助协调内外跨团队资源，参与区域市场项目的执行与实施。
任职要求
- 全日制本科或以上学历的2027年应届毕业生，医学、药学或相关专业。
- 具备出色的沟通能力、学习能力和积极主动的工作心态。
- 能够保证至少3个月的实习期，优先考虑有医药行业实习或高校组织经验者。
必备技能
- 了解医药行业基本知识及合规要求。
- 掌握学术推广技巧和客户沟通方法。
