职位概况
礼来2027校园项目面向2027年应届毕业生，提供为期不少于3个月的医药推广实习机会，帮助学生在真实业务场景中学习专业知识并积累实战经验。
主要职责
- 学习并掌握礼来公司及医药行业相关信息、产品和合规知识。
- 在资深经理和带教伙伴指导下，进行学术推广，向区域客户提供解决方案。
- 协助区域市场项目的执行，协调跨团队资源。
任职要求
- 全日制本科或以上学历，2027年应届毕业生，医学、药学或相关专业。
- 具备出色的沟通能力和学习能力，积极主动，具备挑战韧性。
- 能够保证至少3个月实习，优先考虑有医药行业实习或高校组织经验者。
