职位概况
加入KPMG科技咨询部人才与变革管理团队，参与组织转型、流程优化及人才管理项目，帮助客户实现业务增长与价值提升。
主要职责
- 研究前沿技术与标杆实践，支持业务与运营优化方案的制定。
- 协助企业评估、流程与组织优化、数字化规划等咨询项目的开展。
- 准备交付物，包括数据分析、报告撰写、会议纪要及成果展示材料。
- 推动解决方案落地，协助实现战略目标在业务、运营与技术层面的落实现。
任职要求
- 2026/2027应届毕业生，具备良好的中英文沟通能力。
- 熟练使用Microsoft Office等办公工具，具备专业呈现能力。
- 有实习、项目或校园组织经历者优先。
- 对组织架构优化、绩效管理、薪酬设计、人才发展等方向有兴趣。
