Warehouse Procurement Expert – APAC

About the role

H&M Logistics is seeking a Warehouse Procurement Expert to lead sourcing and negotiation activities for its warehouse operations across the APAC region. You will be responsible for driving end‑to‑end procurement processes, aligning supplier setups with business needs and global strategies, and supporting sustainable, high‑performing partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end procurement and re‑negotiation processes, from sourcing and bid evaluation to supplier selection and contract finalisation.
• Ensure procurement activities align with operational needs, commercial goals, and warehouse category strategies such as sustainability and service levels.
• Collaborate with local, regional and global stakeholders to define requirements, assess suppliers, evaluate offers and support decision‑making.
• Act as a centre of excellence by developing tools, templates and best‑practice ways of working for procurement teams.
• Support local warehouse teams on their procurement initiatives when required.
• Partner with commercial and contract management teams to optimise sourcing and negotiation strategies.
• Present procurement outcomes and recommend the best commercial solutions.
• Maintain governance compliance, data accuracy and continuous improvement of procurement tools and processes.
• Drive market analysis, benchmarking and due‑diligence to strengthen sourcing decisions.
• Identify and support sustainability improvements across suppliers and sourcing decisions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in procurement and negotiation within logistics or supply‑chain environments.
• Comfortable managing tenders (RFI/RFQ) and working under time pressure in structured procurement processes.
• Strong collaborative mindset with the ability to build trust across multiple organisational levels.
