Transportation Specialist

About the role

The Transportation Specialist will support the evaluation of distribution and transportation operations, helping to identify the most efficient patterns for moving raw materials and finished products. You will work closely with internal teams and external transport providers to ensure smooth inbound and outbound logistics.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate, select, and maintain relationships with external transport providers.
• Analyze transportation costs, project future expenses, and coordinate customs clearances and permits.
• Provide logistical solutions for inbound and outbound movements from origin to destination.
• Enter and update data in spreadsheets and databases based on sales orders and contracts.
• Assist senior team members with data analysis and reporting.
• Handle basic issues under supervision and escalate complex problems as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 1‑2 years of experience in transportation, logistics, or supply chain.
• Fluent written and reading English communication skills.
• Strong adaptability and willingness to learn.
