Job description
职位概况
负责HD eAxle项目的技术沟通与协调，涵盖项目获取、系统需求分析、标定测试及客户车辆集成等全流程。
主要职责
- 与客户及内部团队对接，推动项目从获取到量产。
- 分析客户需求，拆解为系统、部件及软件需求。
- 组织HD eAxle的标定、冬夏季测试及验证工作。
- 支持HD eAxle在客户车辆中的布局、热管理和电气系统集成。
- 在项目开发阶段主导故障排查。
任职要求
- 本科及以上学历，汽车、电子、机电等相关专业。
- 3年以上新能源汽车系统工程、测试或标定经验。
- 熟悉INCA、MDA、CAN Analyzer等软件工具。
- 了解质量管理体系（QM-system）。
- 能够接受频繁出差，英语听说读写流利。
