About the role
The Social Impact Program Coordinator will support lululemon's global social impact agenda within the Greater China region. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Social Impact Programs, you will help design, implement and evaluate initiatives that advance mental health, wellbeing and community engagement through movement and mindfulness.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in planning, executing and evaluating social impact programs, including grant processes and employee engagement events.
- Manage internal and external communications, schedule meetings, prepare presentations and maintain project calendars.
- Coordinate logistics for events, handle translation projects and maintain program documentation.
- Track budgets, compile bilingual reports and support data collection for program evaluation.
- Liaise with cross‑functional teams, external partners and stakeholders to ensure smooth program delivery.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (social work, non‑profit management, international development) preferred but not mandatory.
- 1‑3 years of experience in a supporting role within non‑profit, CSR or similar environments.
- Excellent organizational, written and verbal communication skills.
- Fluency in Mandarin and English.
