Senior Recruiter – Semiconductor Industry Specialist

About the role

Renesas is looking for a Senior Recruiter with deep experience in the semiconductor industry, especially within Integrated Device Manufacturer (IDM) environments. The role will own the full recruitment lifecycle, delivering a high‑quality experience for candidates and hiring managers while maintaining rigorous data accuracy.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end recruitment for technical semiconductor positions, from requisition intake to offer acceptance.
• Design and execute sourcing strategies for hard‑to‑fill roles across design, manufacturing, test, packaging, and operations.
• Utilise multiple channels, talent communities, niche platforms and market mapping to build longlists and shortlists of qualified professionals.
• Present high‑quality CVs and candidate summaries, advise hiring teams on market conditions and competitive intelligence.
• Maintain accurate recruitment status updates in the ATS and ensure transparency for all stakeholders.
• Partner with HR Business Partners, HR Operations and business leaders to ensure compliance and smooth process flows.

Required profile

• 10+ years of technical recruiting experience, with at least 7 years focused on semiconductor talent acquisition.
• Proven success recruiting for niche semiconductor technical roles.
• Strong analytical, research and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, global environment.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
