Senior Marketing Manager

About the role

We’re looking for a resourceful, proactive, and execution‑driven Marketing Manager to support Affle’s rapid growth across China. Affle is on a strong growth trajectory, gaining momentum with leading app marketers globally. This is a rare opportunity to join at a pivotal moment and play an instrumental role in accelerating Affle’s expansion in China.

Key responsibilities

• Own and execute Affle’s marketing activities for the Chinese market, acting as the primary marketing partner for sales and customer success teams.
• Drive regional impact through events, field marketing, sales enablement, regional campaign execution, localization, and production of case studies and guides.
• Plan and execute high‑impact events such as conferences, hosted dinners, sponsorships, and meetups in China, managing vendors, budgets, logistics and ROI.
• Adapt and localize global assets for Chinese audiences, collaborating with content and design teams to produce one‑pagers, case studies, event collateral, sales decks, white papers, webinars, videos and social media posts, including managing WeChat accounts.
• Contribute to global marketing initiatives, support campaign launches, content rollouts and share regional insights to shape strategy.
• Provide sales enablement by creating collateral, decks and educational materials, and quickly unblock challenges to keep execution moving.

Required profile

• Self‑starter who takes initiative, follows through and meets deadlines.
• Highly resourceful and execution‑focused, comfortable in fast‑paced, evolving environments.
• Experienced partnering with global, cross‑functional teams across time zones.
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) with ability to engage senior stakeholders.
