The Senior Director, IMX Digital leads The Coca-Cola Company's social transformation by shaping a unified social and digital experience. This role drives the adoption of innovative digital technologies, aligns cross‑functional teams, and ensures that brand interactions resonate with consumers worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a high‑performing digital marketing team, fostering innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
• Define and iterate the Long‑range Plan (LRP) and Annual Business Plan (ABP) for the digital agenda, aligning with business and marketing objectives.
• Test and learn new digital business models, exploring emerging technologies, partnerships, and ways of working.
• Collaborate with global IMX Digital, MarTech, and OU DAO teams to prioritize networked digital experiences and capabilities.
• Implement robust measurement and analytics processes to evaluate digital marketing performance and refine strategies.
• Leverage digital trends and data to create enriching consumer experiences that drive higher brand transactions.
• Build compelling digital strategies for content, engagement, and brand narrative across owned platforms (social, commerce, etc.).
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform the innovation roadmap and prioritize technology rollouts.
• Conceptualize and execute digital marketing and commerce campaigns (D2C, B2B2C, B2B) in partnership with marketing, bottling partners, and commercial teams.

Required profile

• 12‑15 years of proven experience in digital marketing leadership or a similar senior role.
• Passion for consumer‑centered digital transformation and advocacy for innovative digital business models.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross‑functional and external partners.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to use data insights to drive strategy and improve consumer engagement.
