About the role

Meshy is seeking a Senior AI Data Infrastructure Engineer to join its Data Infra team in Shanghai. You will design, build, and operate distributed data systems that enable large‑scale AI model training for 3D generative content.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain end‑to‑end data pipelines from ingestion to transformation and training readiness.
• Process massive volumes of structured and unstructured assets, including images, 3D models, and video.
• Design scalable distributed storage and processing solutions for AI workloads.
• Collaborate closely with machine‑learning research teams to prepare high‑quality datasets for model training.
• Optimize data workflows for performance, reliability, and cost efficiency in a fast‑paced startup environment.

Required profile

• Proven experience building large‑scale data pipelines and distributed systems.
• Strong background in handling unstructured data such as images, 3D assets, and video.
• Ability to work independently and lead data‑infrastructure projects from concept to production.
• Comfortable collaborating with global engineering and research teams.
• Based in Shanghai or willing to relocate.
