Security Manager – AMEA Region

About the role

ABB Robotics is seeking a Security Manager for the Asia, Middle East, and Africa (AMEA) region. You will act as the trusted security partner across the value chain, ensuring the effectiveness of security and crisis management capabilities while supporting the company’s global security strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Implement ABB Robotics' global security strategy, standards, and programs across the AMEA region.
• Lead security for China, overseeing physical security infrastructure such as access control, CCTV, alarm systems, and guarding services.
• Provide security advice to country and cluster management teams and act as the primary security point of contact.
• Govern Crisis Management, Physical Security, Travel Security, and Threat Management programs.
• Conduct security risk assessments and develop mitigation plans for facilities, projects, and business activities.
• Support preparedness and response to security incidents and crisis events throughout the region.
• Monitor regional threat developments and deliver timely security intelligence and risk guidance.

Required profile

• Proven experience in corporate security and crisis management, preferably in a multinational industrial environment.
• Strong understanding of security governance, risk assessment, and mitigation planning.
• Ability to work as a strategic partner with senior business leaders across diverse cultures.
