Regional Marketing & Communication Manager – Greater China

About the role

The Marketing and Communication Manager is responsible for executing Satair’s brand equity, corporate reputation and commercial marketing strategy across the Greater China region. Reporting to global strategy owners in Europe, the role partners with regional leadership to drive high‑impact omnichannel initiatives that expand market share.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement a localized, long‑term marketing and communications master plan aligned with commercial growth targets.
• Define and govern the regional digital ecosystem (WeChat, corporate portals), overseeing content strategy, compliance and crisis PR.
• Protect and promote the Satair brand in China, leading media relations, public affairs and thought‑leadership activities.
• Plan and execute executive presence at major aerospace conferences, forums and customer symposiums.
• Collaborate with product management and sales heads to create integrated go‑to‑market frameworks for tier‑1 aerospace customers.
• Manage the regional marketing and communications budget, negotiate with agencies and evaluate ROI.
• Prepare senior executives for keynotes, media interviews and government affairs with bilingual storytelling and speechwriting support.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading regional marketing and communications functions in a B2B environment.
• Strong strategic partnership skills with senior leadership and global headquarters.
• Excellent bilingual (English/Chinese) communication and storytelling abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to manage cross‑functional teams and large budgets.
