Production Associate - Level II

About the role

We are looking for a Production Associate – Level II to operate machines and production equipment safely in a manufacturing environment. The role focuses on meeting quality and productivity targets while supporting a collaborative team.

Key responsibilities

• Follow Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) procedures, report hazards, use PPE and participate in safety training.
• Perform quality inspections, apply Statistical Process Control (SPC), poka‑yoke and visual standards, and manage non‑conforming material.
• Operate manual and automated equipment to manufacture and assemble products, achieve cycle‑time goals and maintain a clean work area.
• Communicate effectively with team members, support continuous‑improvement initiatives and assist with equipment maintenance.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional licensing may be required for export controls.
• Some work experience or intermediate knowledge gained through education, training or on‑the‑job learning.
• Demonstrated commitment to safety, quality and teamwork, with a willingness to develop skills.
