Product Manager – Market & Channel

About the role

As a Product Manager for Bosch Group in Shanghai, you will be the regional expert for designated product groups across all channels. You will drive business performance, shape product positioning, and support the growth of mobility, consumer, industrial, and energy solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Own turnover and gross margin targets for the country and regional business unit.
• Define product positioning and brand image in alignment with the business unit.
• Develop and execute business development plans, allocating resources to meet agreed targets.
• Gather market intelligence on customers, competitors, pricing and coverage, feeding insights into BU strategy.
• Set tactical pricing, manage the product portfolio, and lead product launches and phase‑outs.
• Enable sales teams through training, sales support and customer visits.
• Create communication and promotion content and monitor campaign effectiveness.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless execution between the business unit and regional operations.

Required profile

• Degree in Engineering, Marketing or related field; project management skills are a plus.
• 3‑5+ years of experience in product or channel marketing.
• Strong English proficiency and fluency in the local language.
• Excellent presentation abilities and a solid understanding of the 5 P’s of marketing.
• Analytical mindset with strong data analysis capabilities.
• Creative, self‑motivated, results‑oriented and able to work independently.
