职位概况
负责通过电话或网络邀请潜在客户到访保时捷中心，使用PMP系统记录并跟进潜客信息，协助电销顾问完成到店预约。
主要职责
- 联系垂直网站获取的潜客并接听来电，提供咨询并邀约到店。
- 在PMP系统中及时录入、更新潜客信息。
- 将已预约到店的潜客交接给电销顾问，并在客户到店时提供支持。
- 通过电话或网络维护客户关系，收集反馈并完成数据统计与分析报告。
- 及时反馈市场信息，协助达成销售目标。
任职要求
- 大专及以上学历。
- 2年以上电话销售经验，有高端品牌经验者优先。
- 熟练使用Office办公软件。
- 具备良好的沟通、电话谈判技巧，抗压能力强。
必备技能
- Office 办公软件（如Word、Excel）
- PMP系统操作
