职位概况
根据操作规程及生产领班和控制室操作员指令，负责设备操作和系统运行，确保生产过程安全、顺畅。
主要职责
- 按照操作规程操作设备并运行系统。
- 取样、分析并解释分析结果，依据结果采取相应操作措施。
- 与生产领班和控制室操作员讨论工艺参数，汇报现场异常情况。
- 处理现场异常并上报偏差，进行周期性现场巡检。
- 保持现场清洁，协助维修和安全作业许可证的准备。
- 解决小型现场生产问题，如清洗管道、清除堵塞等。
- 完成生产检查表，协助DCS控制室操作员进行生产操作。
任职要求
- 化工专业高中及以上学历。
- 约3年化工企业相关工作经验。
- 良好的安全意识和习惯。
- 具备团队合作精神，积极上进，具备学习意愿和能力。
必备技能
- 熟悉化工生产操作规程。
- 能够进行现场取样、分析并解释结果。
- 具备基本的故障处理和现场维护能力。
