职位概况
生活管家管培生（社工），负责居民评估、服务方案制定及资源协调，致力于提升养老社区的生活质量。
主要职责
- 参与居民评估和服务方案的制定，协调资源提供各项生活服务和特约服务。
- 与医疗、活动、餐饮等专业团队进行居民服务的沟通协调，为各专业提供服务产品开发的建议。
- 协助进行家属沟通和社区共建，促进居民、家属与社区互信关系的建立和融合。
任职要求
- 本科及以上学历，老年服务、护理、医疗、社工、家政等相关专业。
- 对养老行业有热情，具备服务意识，有亲和力，有耐心。
- 有较强的沟通和应变能力，善于处理突发情况、解决矛盾冲突，熟练应用办公、制图、视频等相关办公软件。
