职位概况
负责依据公司发展战略制定并执行人力资源整体规划，提供数据分析支持管理层决策，推动招聘、培训、绩效、薪酬等关键模块的落地实施。
主要职责
- 依据公司发展战略，制定人力资源战略规划并进行统计分析，为管理层决策提供参考。
- 组织制定并落实招聘、培训、薪酬、绩效、福利、员工关系、企业文化等管理制度。
- 负责高端人才引进，制定招聘方案并执行。
- 主导培训整体规划及整改方案。
- 推进绩效考核工作，完善考核指标并监督执行。
- 制定、完善并执行薪酬激励方案，建立科学的薪酬管理体系。
- 负责员工关系管理及商业化团队建设。
任职要求
- 本科及以上学历，人力资源、企业管理或医药类专业优先。
- 10年企业工作经验，至少3-5年人力资源管理经验，具医药行业及商业化经验者优先。
- 熟悉人力资源六大模块，深入了解员工关系、绩效、薪酬，熟悉国家及地方政策法规。
- 具备良好的沟通协调能力和人际敏感度。
- 具备较强的学习适应能力，愿意持续学习和发展。
- 能够适应出差。
