职位概况
我们正在寻找热爱体育、具备攀岩专业技能的教练，负责独立设计并开展攀岩课程，确保场馆安全运营，为顾客提供专业的攀爬指导与保护。
主要职责
- 独立完成攀岩课程的设计与编排。
- 定期维护攀岩设备，排查并消除安全隐患，调整攀岩线路。
- 执行店长安排的日常运营工作，配合完成业绩指标。
- 向顾客传授攀爬知识，提供专业保护指导。
任职要求
- 具备一定的攀爬或运动基础，拥有攀岩相关资质。
- 应届毕业生亦可。
- 具备良好的攀爬技巧。
- 工作认真负责，具备良好沟通能力和执行力，乐于团队合作。
