职位概况
我们正在寻找具备品牌视觉全流程设计能力的视觉创意设计师，负责公司内部及外部多场景的视觉物料创作，包括社交媒体、市场活动、培训项目及IP衍生品，并探索AIGC工具在创意设计中的实际应用。
主要职责
- 负责校招宣传物料（主KV、公众号长图等）的设计。
- 策划并制作小红书轻漫画、小视频等创意内容。
- 设计公司官方公众号创意栏目平面图文及排版。
- 开发公司IP表情包并利用AIGC制作IP创意短视频。
- 参与周边衍生品（蜡烛、挂件、3D打印模型等）设计。
- 支持市场活动视觉（奖项、活动主题、Banner）及公益物料设计。
- 负责培训项目视觉物料（邀请函、证书、手册）及培训PPT视觉优化。
任职要求
- 设计类、视觉传达、数字媒体等相关专业本科及以上学历，欢迎优秀应届毕业生。
- 熟练使用Photoshop、Illustrator，具备PPT排版与美化能力。
- 掌握Premiere、剪映等视频剪辑工具，能够制作短视频或动画者优先。
- 对AIGC技术有浓厚兴趣，愿意快速学习并应用于实际工作。
- 具备良好的审美、沟通协作和抗压能力。
- 有公众号排版、小红书笔记/漫画创作或IP形象设计经验者加分。
