职位概况
负责公司培训项目的整体策划、执行与评估，确保新人快速上手并提升员工技能。
主要职责
- 独立负责培训项目，依据业务需求协调部门资源，设计并执行培训计划。
- 开发产品培训课程，进行现场辅导和一对一教练。
- 管理线上学习平台，跟踪培训数据并撰写报告，持续优化学习体验。
- 以结果为导向进行培训跟进，整理培训成果并与区域团队沟通，确保培训落地。
- 支持各类培训项目，重点区域及门店的培训带教。
任职要求
- 具备独立策划和执行培训项目的能力。
- 能够开发并讲授产品培训课程。
- 熟悉线上学习平台的运营与数据分析。
- 具备良好的跨部门沟通与协作能力。
- 结果导向，能够有效跟进培训效果。
