职位概况
新太门诊部招聘全科医生，负责为高端客户提供全周期的健康管理与诊疗服务，参与诊前、诊中、诊后全流程的疾病管理模式。
主要职责
- 为高端客户进行全科问诊，了解病史及需求。
- 根据健康状况匹配院外专家，协助转诊或会诊。
- 组织安排国外多学科会诊（MDT）。
- 进行客户随访、康复指导及健康管理。
- 配合公司产品销售，参与科普宣讲、客户答疑等市场推广活动。
- 提供全周期的会员管理服务。
任职要求
- 主治医师以上职称，肿瘤内科或全科方向。
- 八年以上临床工作经验，具公立医院及高端私立机构背景。
- 良好的沟通能力和抗压能力。
- 具备团队合作精神，能与销售协同开展工作。
必备技能
- 全科诊疗与疾病管理经验。
- 熟悉转诊及多学科会诊流程。
- 客户沟通与健康管理能力。
