Job description
职位概况
负责张江园区及各区域办公楼的日常安保运营与突发事件处理，确保安全合规并提升安防体系效能。
主要职责
- 开展安保风险评估，维护风险台账，符合Global Security标准及当地法规。
- 管理安保团队及供应商，制定并执行SOP，监督绩效与服务质量。
- 负责门禁、身份、访客及车辆管理，落实权限审查与钥匙管控。
- 统筹安防系统（CCTV、门禁、报警、SOC）运行与维保，执行预防性维护与系统升级。
- 作为首位响应人处理失窃、人身伤害、危化品泄漏等安防事件，组织调查并协同HR、法务等部门处置。
- 对接公安、消防、城管等外部部门，安排并陪同政府检查与消防演练。
- 组织员工安防意识培训，支持高管安保及安防系统改造项目。
任职要求
- 本科及以上学历，5年以上实体安保工作经验。
- 熟悉安保队伍运营管理及安防技术系统（如CCTV、报警系统）。
- 具备良好的人际沟通能力，能够跨部门协作。
- 具备应急响应、事件管理和风险评估的实战经验。
