该职位来源于猎聘Responsibilities: Support creative graphic design execution and visual communication needs for commercial real estate marketing projects.Assist in developing marketing materials and visual assets for shopping mall campaigns, promotions, and online/offline communications, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines. Apply and maintain the brand’s visual identity across different marketing touchpoints and communication channels. Create and support the production of key visuals (KV), promotional posters, digital marketing materials, brochures, project booklets, and other creative assets.Support the optimization of visual elements for wayfinding, spatial graphics, and onsite branding applications. Collaborate with the marketing team and internal stakeholders to deliver design solutions that meet project requirements and business needs.Participate in creative discussions and brainstorming sessions, contributing design ideas and visual references. Keep up with design trends, new creative tools, and AI-driven design technologies to improve design efficiency and creativity. Manage assigned design tasks and timelines to ensure quality deliverables are completed on schedule. Coordinate with external design agencies, production vendors, and partners to support the smooth execution of creative projects.Provide visual design support for marketing campaigns, events, exhibitions, and brand activation activities.Requirements: 1–3 years of relevant experience in graphic design or visual design, with experience in advertising agencies, design studios, brand companies, or commercial real estate projects preferred. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (AI, PS, ID) and familiar with AI-powered creative tools such as Midjourney, DALLE, and Stable Diffusion is a plus.Possess good visual aesthetics and design fundamentals, with the ability to understand brand requirements and execute creative visual solutions. Basic creative thinking and visual communication skills, with the ability to support the design execution of marketing campaigns, branding projects, and promotional activities. Experience in commercial branding, retail, commercial real estate, or large-scale event visual design is preferred. Good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with internal teams and external vendors to support project delivery.Bachelor’s degree or above in Visual Communication, Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related disciplines.
