Maintenance Team Leader (Manufacturing Automation)

About the role

Lead the plant maintenance function to ensure high equipment availability and operational excellence. You will drive both preventive and predictive maintenance strategies while managing a dedicated team.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and optimise plant maintenance, including emergency, preventive and tooling maintenance to meet KPI targets.
• Define maintenance work packages to sustain high OEE levels and systematically improve equipment performance.
• Drive operational excellence through OEE, Safety Rate, MTBF and MTTR metrics.
• Develop preventive and predictive maintenance approaches using data analysis.
• Lead team performance, ensuring KPI achievement and continuous skill development.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in electrical/mechanical engineering or automation.
• 10+ years of TPM experience and at least 3 years of team‑management experience.
• Advanced knowledge of electrical control systems (PLC, electronic technology).
• Strong result‑orientation, good communication and cooperation skills.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
