职位概况
负责物流服务提供商（LSP）和仓储服务（GS）的管理，监控并评估其绩效，确保运输与仓储业务符合公司制定的服务水平协议（SLA）和关键绩效指标（KPI）。
主要职责
- 监控并管理运输及仓储的质量，包括运输损坏和仓库作业质量。
- 定期跟踪运输与仓储成本，进行采购订单管理、预测规划及成本控制，以达成TLC目标。
- 确保运输与仓储交付准时率（OTD）符合要求。
- 支持LSP流程优化，提升业务达标率。
- 在供应商更换期间管理产能降载与提升。
- 引入数字化与AI解决方案，构建标准化用例，简化工作流程，降低人工操作，提高效率和输出一致性。
- 完成上级交办的其他任务。
任职要求
- 本科及以上学历，物流工程、工业工程或相关专业优先。
- 英语听说读写流利。
- 1-3年物流或相关领域工作经验。
- 具备高度责任心，能在压力下工作，具备跨部门沟通协调能力。
- 具备项目管理思维和问题解决能力。
必备技能
- Power BI 数据分析
- SQL 查询能力
- SAP（或其他TMS/ERP系统）使用经验
- 数字化/AI工具在日常工作中的实践经验
