Logistics Quality Engineer – GS

About the role

The Logistics Quality Engineer (GS) will lead the planning and execution of the department’s quality policy in Suzhou. You will be responsible for establishing, implementing and continuously improving the quality management system for the GS/OSD3‑APAC12 logistics operations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain FMEA and LPC guidelines for GS/OSD3‑APAC12.
• Monitor and improve department quality KPIs, and prepare performance reports.
• Analyze customer complaints, drive corrective actions, and support official complaint handling.
• Coordinate internal and external quality system audits.
• Work with Logistics Service Providers (LSPs) to implement risk and quality management projects, continuous improvement programs, and KPI monitoring.
• Provide quality training and support to internal teams and LSPs.

Required profile

• Strong logistics quality background with experience in supplier audit and management.
• Proven project‑management capabilities.
• Excellent communication and cooperation skills.
• Customer‑oriented mindset with strategic thinking.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
