Graphic Designer – Creative Center

About the role

We are looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join our China Creation Center. You will be a key driver of visual storytelling, translating strategic briefs into compelling designs that resonate with next‑gen Chinese consumers while aligning with global brand direction.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the creation of high‑quality graphic concepts across multiple categories, product lines and campaign calendars.
• Translate strategic briefs into clear visual narratives, maintaining consistency with brand guidelines.
• Own and evolve visual language systems, pushing creative boundaries.
• Manage end‑to‑end design workflows, ensuring timely delivery of assets ready for production.
• Collaborate closely with product marketing and development teams to guarantee cohesive outputs.
• Stay ahead of design trends in fashion, sport, culture and digital platforms, integrating new tools such as AI‑supported design into the workflow.

Required profile

• Strong graphic design expertise with excellent visual judgment and attention to detail.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Ability to tell stories visually across presentations and communication formats.
• Deep understanding of the full creative production cycle from concept to final execution.
• Proven capability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast‑paced environment.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
