Full Stack Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Full Stack Engineer to develop AI‑enhanced IT solutions under the guidance of senior staff. The role combines software development across cloud platforms with AI‑powered features, using Agile and DevOps practices to deliver value quickly.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain applications on Azure, AWS, Salesforce and web platforms.
• Integrate generative AI and large language model capabilities, including function calling and retrieval‑augmented generation.
• Participate in sprint planning, take ownership of backlog items and collaborate with DevOps and Operations engineers to streamline delivery pipelines.
• Automate DevOps processes using approved tools and contribute to continuous improvement of CI/CD workflows.
• Write unit and integration tests to ensure software quality and adhere to SQA standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field.
• 1‑3 years of professional software development experience or strong internship/project work.
• Demonstrated interest and hands‑on experience with AI‑powered applications and LLM integration.
• Ability to work in a team, learn quickly and communicate effectively in English.

Required skills

• Proficient in Java; Python preferred for AI work; knowledge of JavaScript or Go is a plus.
• Experience with SpringBoot, SpringCloud or Dubbo microservice frameworks.
• Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, Redis, Elasticsearch, MongoDB.
• Hands‑on use of AI coding assistants (GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor).
• Exposure to cloud platforms (Microsoft Azure, Amazon AWS) and Salesforce.
• Understanding of DevOps practices, CI/CD automation and microservice design.
