About the role
We are looking for an experienced E‑commerce Marketplace Campaign Manager to lead brand‑driven campaigns across China’s leading marketplace platforms. Based in Shanghai, you will work closely with the brand marketing team to translate global brand initiatives into compelling marketplace experiences on Tmall, JD.com and Douyin.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with brand marketing to adapt and launch brand campaigns on Tmall, JD.com and Douyin.
- Develop integrated campaign strategies tailored to each marketplace’s audience and features.
- Own end‑to‑end campaign execution, coordinating internal cross‑functional teams and external platform partners.
- Drive guest engagement, acquisition, retention and lifetime value through innovative initiatives.
- Elevate content strategy and performance, delivering brand storytelling that meets commercial goals.
- Monitor, analyze and report on key performance indicators to ensure data‑driven results.
Required profile
- 7+ years of experience in a global retail environment, focusing on e‑commerce and digital marketing.
- Proven track record of leading campaigns on Tmall, JD.com and Douyin.
- Strong analytical, project‑management and relationship‑management capabilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
