About the role
We are seeking a Director of Human Resources to lead the HR division at Hyatt Regency Xi'an Chanba. The role focuses on aligning HR operations with Hyatt’s corporate strategic priorities while delivering exceptional service to employees, guests, and owners.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee the efficient running of the Human Resources division in line with corporate strategic priorities.
- Ensure HR practices meet the expectations of employees, guests, and hotel owners.
- Implement Hyatt’s purpose and values throughout the hotel.
- Manage HR policies, talent acquisition, performance management, and employee relations.
Required profile
- University degree or diploma in Human Resources Management, Human Resources Development, Hospitality or Tourism Management.
- Minimum two years experience as a Director of HR or HR Manager in a large operation.
- Strong problem‑solving, administrative and interpersonal abilities.
