Director Consulting – Business Strategy & Transformation

About the role

As Director Consulting you will lead strategic advisory projects for Bosch Group divisions, shaping business models, portfolio, and processes across finance, purchasing and transformation initiatives. You will work closely with senior management to deliver high‑impact solutions that drive growth and efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Advise divisions and strategic projects on strategic realignment, portfolio optimisation, organisational development, business‑model advancement, process improvement and restructuring.
• Conduct comprehensive problem analyses (market, process, performance, structural) and develop robust strategies and concepts.
• Design concrete implementation measures, create detailed implementation plans and ensure they achieve intended goals without contradictions.
• Manage consulting projects or sub‑projects, coordinate cross‑functional agile teams and maintain continuous communication with top‑level clients.
• Present project results to board members, guarantee completeness, quality, sustainability and practicability of recommendations.
• Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction throughout all project phases.

Required profile

• Dedicated, responsible, team‑ and goal‑oriented personality.
• Highly analytical, strategic and conceptual working style with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Several years of top‑management consulting experience, strong background in strategy development and finance or purchasing.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and diverse stakeholder groups.
• Excellent university degree and willingness to travel extensively.
• Very good spoken and written English and Mandarin.
